The cycloid reducer is a novel transmission device that adopts the K-H-V planetary transmission principle with small tooth difference. This precision-engineered system features a double eccentric sleeve with 180-degree dislocation on the input shaft, creating an efficient H mechanism through roller bearings. The cycloidal wheels mesh with needle gears to form a high-performance internal meshing deceleration mechanism.
This reducer is widely used in demanding industrial environments including metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement production, construction, chemical processing, textile manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food production, and environmental protection systems. It operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -40℃ to 40℃, with oil temperatures not exceeding 80℃ under normal load conditions.

Important: The horizontal cycloid reducer is normally lubricated by oil pool, with oil level maintained at the middle of the oil window. For harsh conditions or high ambient temperatures, use circulating lubrication.
The reducer ships without lubricating oil. Initial operation requires oil change after 100 hours, followed by regular changes every six months (8-hour work system). More frequent changes may be needed for severe operating conditions.
