Product Description
Our high-speed emulsification tank represents advanced blending technology for dairy products, beverages, fruit juices, and food processing. The system integrates multiple functions including blending, emulsifying, homogenizing, dissolving, and particle reduction in one efficient unit.
Operating Principle
The mixer's high-speed rotor-stator mechanism creates powerful suction, drawing material from the tank bottom to the processing head. The product undergoes mechanical shearing at 20 m/s as it passes through the stator openings, followed by hydraulic shearing upon exit. This continuous circulation ensures thorough, uniform homogenization while minimizing product aeration.
