Operation Principle
The movable high shear mixer homogenizer quickly and evenly disperses phases through high-speed rotation (15-40m/s line speed). The precision rotor-stator design creates strong mechanical and liquid shearing forces, centrifugal force, pressing, and liquid fraction in the narrow processing chamber. This action thoroughly emulsifies, homogenizes, and breaks down materials, producing stable, high-quality products.
Working Process
High-speed rotor rotation generates centrifugal force that draws material into the operation chamber. The material undergoes intense mechanical processing in the rotor-stator gap before being ejected radially. Multiple circulation cycles through this process ensure complete dispersion and emulsification.
