This high-temperature rotary valve airlock features water cooling jackets for the casing, cover, and bearings, along with specialized high-temperature components including gland packing and bearings. Designed for cost-effective performance in standard applications with limited pressure differentials.

Ideal for dosing or discharging materials in pneumatic conveying systems or for installation beneath silos/hoppers handling abrasive or mildly cohesive products.

  • Pressure Range: 2 Bar system and differential pressure
  • Operating Temperature: -20°C to 300°C
  • Application Medium: Powder and Granular forms
  • Rotor Options: Adjustable blades, reduced capacity, scalloped, end disc
  • Surface Coatings: Nickel, chrome plating, and Tungsten coating
  • Additional Features: Drop-out box, air purge regulation station, vent opening

The equipment is specifically engineered for high-temperature environments with water-cooled components, insulation materials, and a speed reducer protector.
