The GL-P series boiler row reducer adopts 3K structure involute gear and planetary transmission, featuring a floating equalizing mechanism and power splitting. Equipped with electromagnetic speed regulating motor and controller, it enables smooth stepless speed regulation with wide range, convenient application, and reliable performance. Includes a safety clutch overload protection mechanism.

- Before starting, ensure the controller switch (K) is in the "off" position and the master potentiometer is set to zero.
- Startup: First close the contactor of the grate motor, then close the controller switch (K) after burning, and slowly rotate the master potentiometer to the required speed.
- Shutdown: First turn the master potentiometer to zero, then disconnect the controller switch (K), and finally disconnect the contactor of the grate motor after 2-3 minutes.
